Buttery Couscous

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of M’hamsa Brand Couscous
2 1/4 cups water
2 tbl. Butter
Dash of kosher salt

Directions:
Add the couscous to boiling water.  Cover and turn off the heat.  After 10 minutes uncover and fluff.  Stir in the butter and salt.  Serve.
