Wine Sauce

Wine Sauce

Ingredients:

375 ml wine (½ Bottle)
1 c sugar
12 oz frozen red raspberries
1/8t ground pepper

Directions:

In a sauce pan add all the ingredients.  Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and cook until reduced by about 1/2.

Makes about 1.5 cups
